◆Biography

 1949
Born in Saijo, Joetsu, Niigata prefecture.
 1972
  Research trip to India and Nepal.
 1973
  Research trip to India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq.
 1974
  Graduate Wakoh University Of Arts.
 1975
  Research trip to India, Turkey, Spain, France.
 1976
  Complete Tama University of Arts graduate school art graduate course.
 1978
  Research trip to India and Tibet.
 1979
  Research trip to India and Nepal.
 1980
  Research trip to Sicily Italy.
 
  Took office as a part time teacher of Wako University of Arts until 1985.
 1982
  Research trip to Yungang and Longmen China.
 1984
  Designed and created the wall paints, drop curtain, stained glass of The Hotel Ohtani Nagaoka.
 
  Research trip to Nepal and Himalayas.
 1985
 

Stay in the Spanish Catalonia art museum as a member of Agency for Cultural Affairs artist overseas training and produce the copy of the fresco of the Romanesque.

  Research trip to Muglev architecture group of the North Africa.
 1987
  Research trip to Spain.

  Created a paint titled "Tourei" for Nagaoka Educational Hall.
    Research trip to Spain and Italy.

  Research trip to Spain.

  Received A Dark-blue Ribbon Medal from Japanese Emperor.
    Designed and produced stained glass for the floor of executive officer's room of Taisei Constructions Inc. on 24th floor in Shinjuku center building.

  Designed and produced stained glass titled "The Wings Of Four Seasons" for Joetsu sight seen and products center.
 1993
  Research trip to Nepal.
 1994
  Produced the monument titled "Princess Masako's forest".
 
  Research trip to Spain and France.

  Produced the stained glass titled "For Tomorrow" for Nagaoka Junior College.
Produced the stained glass titled "The art museum of flowers" of Chiba city.

  Research trip to Alaska for aurora.

  Produced stained glass for Gangi street plaza in Joetsu city.
 2003

  Held a private exhibition titled"Dressy from Blue Snow" at Nippon gallery in New York. Supported by Japanese embassy in US.

  Won a prize at the "1st. Shunki soga Exhibits".
 1976
  Won his first Soga prize at his first prize of "The 3rd. Soga Exhibits".
 1977
  Invited "The 11th. Contemporary Art Selection Exhibition" sponsorship by the Agency for Cultural Affairs in Japan.
Won a prize at "The Spring Soga Exhibition".
 1980
  Invited to exhibit for an Agency for Cultural Affairs sponsored "19th. All prefecture's selection exhibition" at TOKYO METROPOLITAN ART MUSEUM.
Won the Minister of Education Prize at TOKYO METROPOLITAN ART MUSEUM.
Won a prize for encouragement at "35th. Niigata prefecture art exhibition", and became a seeded artist.
 1981
  Exhibited at 6th. Yamatane Museum Of Art Prize exhibition. (also exhibited it in '85. and '89)
 1983
  Won a fine work prize at the Ueno Royal Museum Mori Museum' "1ST.Paint Grand Prix Exhibition at Ueno Royal Museum.
Won a prize for Soga-kai at "10th. Soga Exhibition".
 1984
  Won an Excellent Prize for "Ueno Royal Museum Grand Prix Exhibition".
 1985
  Won a prize for Spring Exhibition Prize for "12th. Soga-kai Spring Exhibition".
 1986
  Won a prize for Spring Exhibition Prize for "13th. Soga-kai Spring Exhibition".
 1988
  Won a prize for Soga-kai Prize at "15th. Soga Exhibition", and recommended as a member of Soga-kai
    Exhibited by the "Present Age And A Japanese Traditional Paintings Exhibition" at The Setagaya Art Museum.
